Me....everyday cannot sleep... Only got around 1 hr of sleep yesterday zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Don't know leh.From young got abit of insomnia.
Try to abstain from sleeping pills. They make insomnia worse.
And sleep when u feel tired. If u past that sleepiness, u will not be able to sleep for the rest of tht day.
As for supplement u can try melatonin at pharmacy.
Melatonin helps.
Some liquor may help. Atarax 25mg (prescription drug here, non prescription drug in Malaysia, 18RM for 25 tablets) may help, check with your family doctor, if they may suit you.
I jiak sleeping pills also can't sleep.
