Not out yet..

Rumours that will be out end this month.

How come gigabyte's fe 1080 ti cost 100 less than Asus fe 1080 ti?

is it due to branding and where both are technically the same hardware?

you can take a look at fuwell/tradepac

the 100 difference really boggles me... dilemma on which to get...

$1188 is the RRP for 1080Ti. So i guess ASUS being the premium brand, will cost more by $30 purely due to brand alone. There should not be any difference for all FE across the board, unless its AIB.

BTW, the difference is $30. $1188 for gigabyte and $1218 for asus.

Probably mr jen himself hand assembled the coolers on the expensive fe variants. That's why the price premium.
