Honestly speaking their older dumbphones running s40 or s60 are far technically superiror to this... 2730 classic or c2-01 still on sale here.

new 3310 most likely not user friendly yet. to old folks, it's nothing different from normal keypad phone. they will just buy any keypad phone available on retail store, or their kids will help them just but might not choose 3310 too.

Singapore don't have 3g and 3310 don't support 4g . How are they going to use it to make callls?

What the rumours say is that there might be a 3g version of 3310.Then maybe HMD will bring it here.

according to that article, the 3g bands for the TA-1036 model are for the US....
WCDMA Band II: 1852.4 MHz ~ 1907.6 MHz
WCDMA Band V: 826.4 MHz ~ 846.6 MHz
.... which singapore telcos don't support. our 3g networks are on WCDMA 2100MHz, which is why M1 had to give up their CDMA network when 3G was implemented here.
