Manulife US Reit make maiden acquisition of 500 Plaza, a class A office building in New Jersey for US115M. Acquisition will be financed by a combination of debt & private placement. 500 Plaza has high occupancy of 98.9% & WALE of 9.2 years. Likely to be yield accretive, I believe...

I'm not sure why they don't allow. Maybe cos of the way USD dividends are handled too troublesome for them. I ended up using DBS since some bros mentioned they were using that.
