Will be rights issue to fund the purchase of new building or use bank loan?
Most likely no need, first acquisition will be a small buy and they have enough money in the piggy bank to fund it...;)

Not very lah compare to IPO price
Manulife US Reit make maiden acquisition of 500 Plaza, a class A office building in New Jersey for US115M. Acquisition will be financed by a combination of debt & private placement. 500 Plaza has high occupancy of 98.9% & WALE of 9.2 years. Likely to be yield accretive, I believe...:)

Like to check if anyone is able to buy this counter using Maybank KE platform?

SCB doesn't allow purchase so I'm contemplating opening account with another broker.

That's quite interesting! Must be the 10% thing I guess.

Mbke should be able to, but are you referring to their cash account or custodian account?

good time to have a rights issue I suppose.. given that the stock has run up a fair bit recently.

gonna apply for excess rights if possible.
