Me lo. last time only, now dk.
Anyone here is learning Japanese language using Chinese language?
Is this why most schools ask which book i am using to start a level? tho i dont use that book much.
For me, i would use the JLPT summary book and etc to revise better.. for convo
Which books are you using?
alot of them?? but which one do ya wanna know?
Nope i didn't. I almost passed by a few marks. But never mind about that. I just retake the test another time. Me and the silly careless mistakes.
yep ard 3-4 seconds. i been trying to see what words i can use. But sometimes i lost my tots then make mistake. Blur blur :/. Even i ask questions also take abit longer time so that the person can understand, at least they japanese corrects the term from your words. :/
But really, what if JLPT have conversation/oral content from the beginning? LOL i really wonder. Hmmm.

Yes, Suda sensei has returned to Japan.

its ok,
practice makes perfect. practice and retake another time.
one way to learn is every time you use your first language to think, try using thinking in Japanese language. It would speed up your processing time.
I believe many may not make it. I have seen N3 or N2 level conversing very badly. If there is a conversation/oral content. Many may buangz....
different schools use different books to align and standardize the curriculum.
for example in elementary classes, majority uses Minna no Nihongo (like Ikoma) and another school (Bunka) uses a book (Nihongo with Bunka) based on proprietary approach that specialized on Grammar.
Book 1 of Series A may not cover the same things of Book 1 of Series B.
for self learning, I personally would recommend Japanese for Busy People. I started learning Japanese with these series.
As you proceed further, there are other specialist books. For example, books that specialize Grammar, Particles, Vocab, Kanji, Converse, Listening and also JLPT books.
If your aim is to pass JLPT, then JLPT books may suit your appetite. But I would recommend to study in a holistic manner (say Ikoma) if you want to build a very solid foundation that would enable you to go further when you go into advanced levels.
I have seen N3 or N2 but poor in N5 or N4 fundamentals....
Different people have different appetites and different aims....
Japanese language is more than just JLPT certs.
All the best for your JLPT!
Lol i believe thats my phrase, lol
But buying in kinokuniya is too ex
Rather buy online... And the first pic... みんなの日本語 volume 1 i only gotten this year.
Prefer self studying or with ppl... Ppl in universities like NTU have their own class, just like my friends..
different people different preferences.
class is fun bah, can interact with other students and do role play and chit chat. after class can go eat together and eat with senseis.
revision, I would prefer do it alone. well, lots of discipline is required.
I strongly recommend switching off mobile phones.

But dw haha i am very low guy one LOL
Switching off phone the best buy first thing is you can sit down on the chair for long time or not LOL
To get better in conversation, the best method for me is to speak more and make mistakes. Yes make mistakes so that you can get them corrected. 失敗は成功のもと. Unlike writing where you can take your time to review and correct your sentences, speaking requires you to form your sentence as it comes into your mind.
Hence it is better to join a class and be active in it. Speak more. Make more mistakes. You will be able to converse faster.
Anyone have tried the japanese courses on udemy? Are they good? They seemed cheap at less than 15 SGD. I'm have no learning experience with Japanese at all.
Anyway to take online courses and take the JLPT exam as private student?
Private? why so?
I old man, prefer learn at my own pace and then take exam as private student
