This is my first cruise. Hope the experts will help me with some info. on the check-in procedures.

Do every passengers need to be present at check-in counter? Can I check-in for the group with their passports? I have 3 elderlys in the group (all of them almost 80yrs old), so I don't want them to queue or wait with me to check-in.

Thanks.

There's a priority queue for elderly. Request for wheelchairs once you reach the cruise centre. From personal experience, they will escorts the elderly in wheelchair all the way to your cabin onboard

Thanks much for the info.

Yes, I have also requested for wheelchair thru the travel agent whom I've booked the cruise. Will request again when I reach the cruise centre.

Thanks.
