I think it is up to personal choice. My definition of wireless is totally no wire. Current truly wireless do still have some weaknesses. As mentioned. My current choice of near perfect truly wireless will be the Bragi dash pro. I am still waiting for local warranty set to be available.
How about Bose SoundSport Free for USD$249?

Bragi Dash Pro
Selling at USD$299 + $21 (GST import) about SGD$430++ (FSSG)
Only 9% discount

Sony WF-1000X
Selling at USD$198 about SGD$267 (FSSG)
No discount

Samsung IconX 2018
Selling at USD$150 about SGD$202 (No FSSG)
25% off

Is the technology mature enough for mainstream users?
Or it's still safer to just get those with cord around the neck?

think u took the price about too early by a few hrs
sony wf-1000x was $158 then $178
been stuck at $178 since morning

Sony WF 1000X & WI 1000X

For those who like to listen music on the go.
I would not recommend the WF 1000X.
My experience with this the battery life suck big time. It's only barely last around 2 hrs.
So WI 1000X has a longer battery life instead, I can enjoy the music while doing shopping or travelling.
Sound wise is lot more better than WF 1000X.

between WH-1000XM2 and WI-000X, which would be the better choice in terms of better audio quality and noise cancelling?
