Lead Time to terminate SH Fibre?

Hi all.
Is there a lead time required for termination of SH Fibre?
Their ONT needs to return too right?

Anyone?

Termination is immediate upon call.
Need to terminate AFTER contract expiry date else termination charges apply, check you contract agreement.

ONT can be return later but ask the CS when you call to terminate.
Else return and terminate at the same time.

Customers who wish to terminate the Fibre home broadband service shall inform StarHub 30-day in advance of termination. A disconnection fee of $32.10 is chargeable for the disconnection of each Fibre home broadband access plan.

Termination and disconnection charges are 2 different matter.

As termination fees is terminate before contract expired or according to each contract T&C.

Disconnection on fibre broadband is stop the service.
Refer to quote in post #6.

As contract ended some still can continue to use but subscription depend.
