it has always been that way for me, got used to it.

I'm using tubemate now. I think it's better also, can watch up to QHD resolution vs Youtube app only limits to FHD.

I have been sending crash reports to the app team hopes they'll fix it..

Its time for a change , been putting up with the heating issue of the SD 810 . hangs and lags very badly now .

Same issue. Replaced motherboard and battery $300+, use as backup phone. Although I was hoping replacing battery is sufficient (ard $100) I thought that money is still well spent than buying a low spec phone at same price. Now battery excellent, lasted for many days (without sim card inserted). Using it to watch downloaded Netflix videos on train.

This phone is good but too bad Sony went with SD 810.
Guess the heat easily kill the battery and other components on board...

It was the best chip at that time, and Sony implementation of cooling was better than other phones of similar hardware.
