What disclaimer is there ah

The disclaimer on this page lor...

https://www.linksys-hubstore.com/benefits

Under the disclaimer, there is this line:

Refurbished products are mostly customer returns that meet original factory specifications. These products have been fully tested, upgraded to latest firmware, and certified by Linksys technicians via Linksys ISO certification procedures. These products may have minor cosmetic blemishes that do not impact their performance or overall product look integrity.

I find it really odd that they mention refurbished products in disclaimer lor, like implying the router is a refurbished set liddat.

This is standard for most, if not all, products returned for 1 to 1 exchanged under warranty.

For replacement it would be in one of these;
*replacement is on same or similar models.
*replacement is on repaired set.
*replacement to new set, last option if all previous replaced unable to fulfill the expectation.

For buying based on retail price the warranty & support is fully provided for.

For buying on partial this depend.
As I had mentioned, get thru Starhub would be new set, as in T&C.

This type of disclaimer are stated in most, if not all, products.

The fact is you do not see it anywhere as it apply for to service center that handle warranty.

Even for handsets this is applicable.
Especially if you take those smart support for 1 to 1 exchanged per year.
Pay a bit to get another handset..

Guys, should we continue on this plan, or to sign up for the contracted plan in order to get the freebies? Are they worth it?
