anyone knows what's the latest firmware version for this router?
mine is Firmware Version v1.00.01 build34

I have a new phone that can connect to home wifi, but it will not have any internet connection (apps and games that require internet will not load) after a period of time despite remaining on wifi, like ~45min of usage or after sleep. The issue is solved only by turning off the wifi and turning it back on again.

I have played with all the possible wifi settings (disable 2.4 or 5 Ghz band, disable band steering, using least congested channels, disable ipv6, etc) but to no avail.

or is there something wrong with my new device? cos all other devices at home (mobiles + laptops) have no issues staying connected.

Have you tried to reset the router?

no more redemption letter, only the service agreement is suffice.

+Serv is a 3rd party distributor for the ac router singtel is issuing..

thanks.

collected the router, changed my ONT.

Just changed the router ... it doesn't support NAT loopback/reflection?
can't access my webcams from their ddns urls. Had this problem in a previous Aztech model (think 7000)

Does it has a super admin page like previously? /singtel
The things that can be configured are like very little.

what i did is use dhcp reservation.
then you block them using the IP address.
you need to create the scheduling rule.

I have Singtel AC1900 router.

I want to setup a timed WIFI access for particular MAC addresses. I am not able to find how I can do it ?
Is there a way to create timer rules in router?
For example; particular phone can access wifi from 3PM to 6PM.

You can try port forwarding, there isn’t any Super admin page for the new Arcadyan routers..

build 23 is not the latest. i think got a later build also. try doing a reset of your router or call 1688 to have it pushed to your router remotely..

btw, the latest firmware also doesn't support loopback..

Just a quick question,

just subscribed to singtel internet and was given the ac elite.
problem now is when i tred to go vyprvpn to download and install my vpn, its refusing to load the website.

I tried to download the installer for vyprvpn from other sites but during installation failed to contact vyprvpn server and installation failed.

I presume vyprvpn is been block off from singtel?

Previously myrepubic don't have this issue.

is it the router?

vyprvpn is not blocked by singtel, in fact it was one of the partners for its unlimited fibre years ago..

that being said, i can successfully enter the website and download the dmg file for my mac.

Do u have any "extensions" running for your browser which might impede the access?
