Seems they are a part of Nanya. Seems you need to call their support line to create a login ID in order to perform an RMA.

Geil is Under gigabyte same distributor which is CDL Trading located at commonwealth JTC...fourth level
if u dunno how, can take MRT to commonwealth then walk in...just opposite

Kohops electronics which was a distro for Logitech products is now no more. Ppl whom are on Kohops' warranty and needs RMAing, please refer to Digital Hub, which is a subsidiary owned by Ban Leong.

I got this info when I was going thru the process to RMA my logitech headset from Kohops. Please update, thanks.
