This topic has been brought up for discussions and a decision has been made.

Selling/trading of musical instruments and/or gadgets are allowed. But if there are ppl abusing this privilege, I will not hesistate to close/delete the thread, or even withhold the privilege.

Selling/trading of Music CDs are also allowed, but take note that selling/trading of illegally copied Music CDs is strictly forbidden in HWZ. Thus, I will not hesistate to close/delete the thread.

Users are to buy and trade at your own risks. Hardware Zone will not be involved and responsible in your dealings.

This guideline may change if users do not adhere to the above.

Thank you for your co-operation.

that's true .... but you see ... downloading mp3 on programs like kazaa and morpheus ... it's like napster ... so it's illegal ... and then you burn it ... that's illegal ..

but what if the songs were from your cd ... you copied it from your own cd ... is that illegal ?? and ... i don't get it ..

who would want to sell burnt cds ?? anyone can do that for free ...

Selling of 'burnt' cds is definitely illegal, thus it is not welcomed here. Hope is answers your questions ;)

wat's the different between the 2 condition of selling/trading?
i understand that SALE OF COPIED CD is not allowed, so, does the 2nd part of the sentence mean that?

Please advise :)
