Please lah those 2 guys are part of the syndicate. You don't expect this kind of operation to be done just by 2 men do you?

There are still skimmed cards floating around.... DBS is trying to deactivate those they suspect. It's a tedious process, bound to take time to fully cracked down in all possible skimmed cards.

As long as they willing to compensate quickly, I don't see why customers should be worried.
