Latest update: The SingTel CSO says that the Personal Hotspot feature is pending approval from Apple and will be enabled once it is approved.
Side note: First time with SingTel after a decade, I must say that their customer service has improved by leaps and bounds. So much better than Starhub! Starhub's CSOs never call back even though they say they will.
