Is Maybank Family and Friends Credit Card able to get 5% rebate from any NTUC Fairprice?

Hi,

Is Maybank Family and Friends Credit Card able to get 5% rebate from all NTUC Fairprice outlets such as those 24 hours outlets located near our HDB blocks?
Or still only selected ones?

The 5% rebate will appear as a separate charge, you will see the credit listed just before the total bill amount. If not there then 5% will come in next month.

just a heads up for u guys.. checked my online banking and got a shocked.. my spending at NTUC was almost 700 bucks and the cash back i got was like $5... called the CSO and questioned why.. the guy said he duno and need to check.. and will call me back..

it was just march and i couldn't have spent $12k in 3 months so confirm never hit $600 cashback limit.. so i did my own investigation and realized that for normal NTUC the description is "NTUC", but for Xtra and Finest, they never put "NTUC" already as in last year bills but changed name to "FAIRPRICE FINEST" or "FAIRPRICE XTRA" for the description.. so, any transaction with "NTUC" i get 5%, but for those transaction with name "FAIRPRICE FINEST" or "FAIRPRICE XTRA", i got 0.5%..

lets see what maybank will tell me tomorrow.. super screw up man their system... so u guys better eyeball your cashbacks coz they will screw up... like last time UNITY pharmacy they also give me 0.5% instead of 5%... so now, maybank owes me like $30 cashback and an explanation.

Same case here. Cash back at 5% for purchase at normal NTUC but cash back at 0.5% at Fairprice-Xtra.

CSO acknowledge there's an issue with the cash back given for march and will investigate the issue. Just can't believe the cock up.
