When choosing a shake, only three things matter

1. Taste
2. Cost per gram of protein
3. Whether its isolate, concentrate or micellear or a combination.

Trust me,taste is imptn cos if u dun get this right,u got to struggle with 70+ servings of crap tasting protein shake

To add on, look at the profile too. Esp when you are losing weight you would want to take note of the calories of the protein.

anyway if you want lose weight, its very important for you to count your calories to keep track so that you are not overeating.

true but some have the view that if you eat good clean food (eggs, oats, brocolli, beef, fish, chicken), you'd naturally be eating less calories since you're feeling satiated most of the time.

Although have to admit like how its been repeated so many times, snacking on nuts can be detrimental if we don't keep how much of it we're eating in check.

can i know where would be the cheapest to get ON whey?

now i buy from TSW
TSW - Product: Optimum Nutrition >> Performance Whey

is cheaper compare to the 100% gold std
but imo it taste better so i stick to it , though more calories, more fat and less protein :s13:

let say if i get from bb.com or any site will be much cheaper than the price TSW is having ?

usually clean diets are low in cals but still need watch cals to prevent from overeating.

if i wanna bulk up, which would be recommended? Syntha 6 or True Mass (both from BSN)

I intend to consume in conjunction with ON Whey Protein

Stick to one protein powder la....

If you think Syntha 6 got more grams of protein and more Cals to help you bulk up....then take Syntha 6 Solely...and increase your food intake...
