Heard there is an iPad mini air which is shaving off 30% of current thickness. Better wait next week and compare.

I guess this tablet is at least one or two hundred cheaper than ipad mini.

It is after all the fruity tablet, which is always more expensive than the rest.

Just sharing some observations. Z2 tablet actually cost more than ipad air.

My observation is on z2 tablet, which i bought one myself.

The European pricing of z3 is addition info to help fellow forumners to gauge.

I would bet my money that z3 tablet compact will cost more than ipad mini, global or sg market. And, it's not a bad thing. Z3 tablet compact is so much better than ipad mini, in terms of functionality and specs.

You may dislike my prediction for z3 tablet compact pricing, but don't think we need to argue and guess further. Price will out soon, and I'm now torn between buying z3 copper, z3 compact red, or z3 tablet compact.

If only i can print money, I'll buy all three.

€429 is about $700 for a Z3 tablet 32gb.
Ipad is $828.

No worries, I have nothing against your data.
Just that we know sometimes products tend to be higher priced in Europe compared to the rest of the world.

Anyway I see that the Z2 tablet to be priced similarly to ipad air from their official retailer, just that ipad will cost few hundreds more for that storage bump from 16gb to 32gb or more.
Android tablets usually cost you only a few tens of bucks to increase storage space with sd cards.

Im thinking Z3 may be in the range of 600 - 700, which is quite reasonable for the smaller body yet premium quality.

We will see, cheers.

Z2 tablet now selling for $688, for the 16GB Wifi version.

If Sony can price the Z3 tablet compact at $400 i will consider.
More than $500 is too much for me...
