Any recommendations for HR/Payroll software for SMEs? My company is still using excel for all the payroll computations, it's too time-consuming!

Exploring this subject topic too. Sages look good but the cost/annual maintenance seem high.

Anyone got any experience to share or any other good HR software?

Plenty in the market no?

Not that expensive initially and the annual is under 1k.

You can try Justlogin's payroll software. It's priced reasonably at $5 per mth per user. Since its priced by the number of employees, it's very scalable and I didn't have to pay as much when my company downsized. Furthermore, I am able to enjoy grants from Spring Singapore and also claim PIC to cover the costs. What I like most about it is how everything is more automated - for e.g. CPF is automatically calculated & you can also create itemised payslips that can fulfil MOM's new requirements. You can try checking it out!

justlogin not so stable if use with their other expense claims systems.
The payroll is ok. Attendance system also have it's set of issues.

I know this is an old thread, just so I am looking for a payroll/leave management software on behalf of my company. I have tried that SP-pay, don't really like it. My past experience was with using some server based system, quite bad to be honest.

I have heard of justlogin, gpayroll and adp. But is there like other alternative or best yet free one I can trial before making the decisions?

I tried their free one liao. My boss quite like it, but its quite limited, so we now sign up with their Basic account. Haha really $5 nia.

@CurryriceMk3 - thanks for the recommendation.

Thank god nowadays the technology making these things cheaper. Lucky they no need to setup server....my boss can now save that 30k for my bonus. :D
