All Antiviruses are good if they are regularly updated but the best one that i will prefer to you is Quick Heal Total Security 2010.

Kaspersky and AVAST are good antivirus. You may check reviews about so you'll have reference which is better to use.

Most Anti Virus apps out there are good. Only difference between them is quite small, but one thing you must also look out for is how much resources it will hog on your system. I would say that Norton is good as well, but at the expense of you com becoming very slow as compared to most AV apps out there.
