:D WEE! gift from my gf, now it's time to surprise her to give her back the same thing, but in a new look... hope SG does the return else will have to use her UK address.. wonder if tt works, send in from SG to UK for replacement.

i'll be calling the apple service providers at eServ @ Wheelock tomorrow to ask them about this issue...

selected australia and logged into my apple account....prompted me to fill in the form so i guess im eligible?

saw an article from flipboard tech saying that they will replace it with a first gen nano...dunno how true is it! :s22:

i called. Go to the service centre and send in your nano. 6 weeks to replace battery.
They are going to pass you back the same 1st gen nano with battery replaced.

I had a reply to my query sent to eserv as well. Essentially we bring the ipod nano down to them and they will provide a replacement within 3-4 (??) days. It is a replacement nano of the same model with a 90 day warranty

If you have a personalized iPod nano, you will receive a non-personalized replacement.
