How do you find Carrot's accuracy? I also found there's "Dary Sky" app but not availble in Singapore.

Pretty accurate. Premium subscription taps source from Dark Sky (and yes, Dark Sky is not available here). Ultra premium subscription taps source from Weather Underground (Wundergroud) and is said to download weather info more frequently and also more accurate than Dark Sky.

Sweet . Do you use Ultra Premium? Hmm 13sgd a year. Not too bad if accurate I guess.

Yes ultra premium. I rely on a good weather app and I feel that the subscription is worth it. Actually it's almost $14.

The Met services app is also very good, some more it shows rain areas 240km around SG.

I just installed MyEnv, nice to see that they now support Apple Watch, but no complication feature. Overall app is great.

Hope they plan to add these:
a. watch complication
b. iphone widgets

myEnv pretty nice. especially to check where the rain is coming (for iPhone app)

Yes and I use this over myENV, but still retain the app for my Apple Watch. The ENV app also allows you to do reporting of situations.

So now the Met services app is my main source of rain checks.
