List of Bad Buyers/Sellers/Dealers (Old)

With a rising number of unpleasant cases dealt here in Marketplace forum, we have decided to list those user nicks who have brought bad name to themselves and the forum.

It is unfair for any genuine buyer/seller to meet at a pre-arranged location on a confirmed deal, to wait for the potential buyer/seller to turn up only to realise that he had been had. If these forumers are unable to provide valid reasons for not turning up or for the bad trade, they will be branded bad buyers/sellers. The administrators and moderators will justify if it is a bad trade. If you have no intention to sell your item, or if you back out from a confirmed deal without a valid reason, we will list you as bad. Bear in mind, refusal to sell after confirmation in hopes for a better price will be marked as bad market practice.

Do take note that this list only serves as a precaution for genuine buyers/sellers who wish to participate in a healthy trade forum. Whether to deal with those listed above is at your own discretion. A word of advice for potential buyers/sellers: IF YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THE DEAL, PLEASE HONOUR IT. DO NOT BACK OFF EVEN IF THERE IS A BETTER OFFER OTHERWISE THAT WOULD RENDER YOU A BAD DEALER. You can always refer to the links attached to make a sound judgement for yourself whether to deal with those blacklisted. Thank you.

Those who have been listed need not appeal to have your nicks removed and there is no need to write long private messages how one had supported Hardware Zone or how one can always visit other forums to trade. This list only serves as a precautionary measure for anyone who wishes to trade fairly and squarely in cyberspace. Please send us private messages if you have encountered such bad experiences.
