Antec NeoHE series PSU is now extendable to 5 years warranty with just $10 top up after the original 3 years warranty coverage.
For example, if you have purchased your Antec NeoHE PSU in June 2005 and the original warranty has already expired by June 2008, you can still bring it down to us, say if your PSU happen to fail in October 2008.
We will diagnose the PSU on our side and if it's tested faulty, we will offer you the option to top up $10 to extend the warranty till June 2010 with unlimited service (means you do not have to pay again on your next visit *touch wood).
We will then proceed with standard send back servicing to Antec.
For any clarifications to be made, please contact me during our office operating hours.
Cheers!

Hi,
I've just bot a Antec Neo HE 550 2 weeks ago. The box is pasted with a 3 years warranty sticker and the Corbell warranty card also state 3 years.
However, the Antec warranty AQ5 in the box is 5 years.
I would like to clarify what's the actual warranty for my PSU.
Thanks.
