1) Faulty OS. Shuts down when the meter shows the battery to be on high charge. Upon restart/reset, the meter shows red(near empty). Leave it for a while, then the meter jumps to high again. It is able to play a few songs but then shuts itself down again when the meter still shows high. The cycle repeats itself.
OR
2) Faulty battery, from the above observations.

Cosmetics wise it has a few dents and scratches on the metal part, as i attempted to change the battery myself once. The white plastic is fine.
Comes with charging adpater and usb transfer cable.
