View Full Version : Which Nikon Dslr for me ?

Currently I still own the classis Nikon F801s and several Nikkor AF lenses. Thought of migrating to Nikon's Dslr that can make use of my current AF lenses. Please adnise. Thanks !!

Get D80, can work with your AF lenses. Don't get D40 or D40x coz can only AF-S lenses. :)

F801, the nearest similar alike camera will be D70S, D80 and/or D100

That is if you dont mind the speed loss =p Fuji colours and dynamic range are something else though :O

Thanks for the suggestions. I am trying my very best to make use of the classic Nikkor AF lenses. Any Lobang for 2nd hand Nikon D70s or D80, by the way?

Why going for a 2nd hand? Pay a bit more and get a new piece with full warranty unless you can find someone to give up their new baby or probably the retailer in this forum can sell you cheaper.
