Japan in June better or Nov/Dec (is it too cold, gloomy in tokyo?. Advice needed and appreciated

Depending which part. Was in Tokyo last Nov/Dec and weather not that bad and acceptable. Kooling and great for walking and site seeing..

i have been to tokyo last dec, too cold for my liking, below 10 degrees, which is esp. worse if you are not in crowded places. Daytime is great because of clear skies but nightfall comes early like before 5pm, which is kinda boring. just my 0.02.
