Check out BA, maybe they might have the 999 offer (before taxes etc).

For cheaper deals you can try British airways, KLM,Thai airways, China airlines, Vietnam airlines etc but they always involve a transit, if you dont mind. Airfrance, Royal Brunei and Emirates flies to FRA as well. For direct flights you can try Lufthansa, Singaporeairlines and Qantas.

For normal "promotional" tickets, try Emirates. They are almost usually the cheapest. Thai is cheap if you catch it on the right time. BA, QF run the same promo, but sell out quite fast as their flights fly through Sing - London which is hugely popular.

One thing which I like about BA & QF flights is that you can do a stopover in London. More places to visit.
