Anyone has places to recommend for makan, shopping etc. in Johor ?

For shopping can go Jusco, it's situated not far away from Carrefour and it's quite like our Vivio city and cloths may be a bit cheaper than over here. There are quite some nice and reasonably priced resturants in this giant building too.

Jusco for me too. Much better than Carrefour.

Also, there may be other better shopping and makan places, but knowing their kind of crime rate, do you dare to venture or not? At least Jusco is still considered a very safe place (for me) in JB.

"very safe" not exactly the right term to use... ha. just be careful there anyway.
