i always find it find it weird how people can sell at a lower rate offered then by paypal. If paypal is offering a withdrawal rate of 1.31 and someone is selling at a rate if 1.30.

Wouldn't you be able to abritrage safely (that is if you are using a personal account with no receiving fee).

I check the direct withdrawal rate via the withdraw button in my account and it stands at 1 U.S. Dollar = 1.39635 Singapore Dollars currently.

As for depositing from your debit/credit card, the rate is usually slightly higher than that found in www.xe.com
