u can choose to get it together with the Tamron 17-50 F2.8 rather than going with kit lens

using Alpha 700.

Can look into this Alphadslr (http://www.alphadslr.com/)forum for more shooting and outing info also.

Don't think can afford A900 when it's first out.

Try these sites:

http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/sonydslra350/

http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/AA350/AA350A.HTM

Be sure to read through both sites reviews before you buy it. For me the sensor is a bit noisy with ISO 800 and above.

Best liveview system out there. If you're interested in trying it, try checking out the regular Sony Alpha outings that the clubsnap and alphadslr guys have.

is there something wrong with the alpha dslr forum ?? can't seems to get to the page. Anyway, I got this the A300 juz yesterday too... 1st DSLR camera and chose this cuz of the pricing and the easy-to-use features... but till now still can't seems to grasp the essentials of a dslr :(

I think that's because their lens are abit more expensive. I myself just got a a200 not long ago. Abit regret...=(

Alpha's interface is easy to use! I've been using since A100 launched.

Used A100, A350, now A700 :)

I Like it because of it's easy to use interface and it's fast AF on A700.
