FAQ:

Q: How long will the installation going to take?
A: Application will takes about 25 - 45 minutes depending on models. Iphone will take about 25minutes.

Q: How long will it take for the shield to dry, and can I use my phone immediately after application?
A: It will takes about 12 hours for the shield to dry, and setting in takes about 2-3 days. I would STRONGLY recommend that you carry the phone on your hand, and not in your pocket or pouch, as it may the wet edges might be pulled out. And yes, you can use your phone immediately, just got to be careful of the wet edges.

Q: Is this full body shield?
A: Yes, it is the original FULL BODY SHIELD which covers back, side and LCD as well. It will covers about 90% of your phone, as it's precut, so it can't covers 100%. If you want 100% coverage, then you can go for G-Mask.

Q: Where is the collection and application done:
A: Collection and application will be done ONLY at my shop in Tampines ST 23.

Q: What's the price of the shield?
A: Price is fixed at $38.00NETT for all iphone 2G and 3G, and for all other models. Price is non-neg. As it covers application as well. And Price will be adjusted again when I shift to Tampines. The pricing is fair as Epicentre is selling it for $49 WITHOUT application.

Q: Do you accept reservation of shield, I can transfer you the money first
A: I DON'T ACCEPT reservation of shields, nor do I want to receive any money upfront from you, this is to prevent any misunderstandings. Unless you are opting for DIY and request for postage, then you got to wire me the money before I send out the shield.

Q: Is there any warranty for this shields? How do I go about claiming the warranty?
A: Lifetime warranty is provided by ZAGG, you can register your warranty online. Receipt will be issued for warranty claim.

Q: Can I get the exchange through you?
A: I do not do the exchange for you, and application is free with any purchase of shield, so if yu trust my skill, I can do it for you, else you can DIY the shield.

Q: What's the difference if I order directly from ZAGG?
A: You might get a cheaper price if you order in yourself, but you got to DIY the shield. A lot of first-timers complain about how difficult it is to apply the shield, and some complain that there's still bubbles trapped inside even the instructions state that it will disappear after settng in. Application is not hard but it does take a few tries to get it right!

Q: Are your shields all 100% authentic? How can you prove that?
A: All my shields are 1000% authentic and original from Zagg. All shields come in their original box, with the tools included as well. If you have doubts, you can always buy a piece from me and send it back to Zagg for verification. If you are still doubtful about my shield, then I would strongly recommend that you go Epic centre and buy, or you can even do a comparison between the shield you bought from me and those that are sold in Epic centre.

Q: Do you accept NETS or other electronic payment, eg VISA, MASTER etc?
A: Currently I only accept CASH PAYMENT, so please bring along extra cash but there's ATM nearby which you can withdraw your money. To save hassle, it will be best if you have the money ready.

Q: Do I enjoy discount if I buy more than 1 piece from you, or will it be cheaper if I just buy the shield from you and DIY?
A: Price is pretty fixed and nett even if you buy more than 1 piece, because I believe my price is very reasonable compared to big shops in town. And price will still be $38.00 nett if you decide to just buy and DIY. For those who have seen how I applied the shield, I am sure you will know that it's 100% worthwhile to get from me with the application.

The application process is really a pain in the a** that will make you curse & swear. Mine is for tytn ii, so i guess the larger surface area & the rounded edges also contributed to the tedious process. I have to tear off & reapply several times, In all I took about 1 hour plus to finish. I guess i did a bad job, as there are still small bubbles trapped inside.. :(

Thanks for the input, appreciate that. I apologise for the announcement of application by me. Reason is that I am working, so application for you guys might be a little problem. But I have received quite a few enquiry on whether I can help to apply, that's why I decided to help you guys in the application by charging a small fee to do so.

Actually, here's a little tip for those who decided to DIY. the trick is to spray a lot of the solution to the shield before application, in this way, not only you can adjust the shield and align it, you can also push out the water easily, leaving little bubbles inside! I tried applying for quite a few customers and it works!

And for those curved sides, all you have to do is get a hair dryer, set it to low heat, and blow at the area to dry up the water inside, then you can apply it after that, easily!

It might be a tedious process, but after applying for a while and master it, you soon realise that it's really fun doing it!

Ya, think you got the right way of applying it, the trick is to use a lot of of the solution to push out the bubbles! And regarding the warranty,you got to fill it online or post the warranty card ibnside the package. if there's anything wrong with the shield, you can just mail it back to them and they will send you back with a new shield! But chance are you wont have to send it back, coz they are really too good!

HAHA, thanks bro for the BUMPZ! Guess everyone is learning the trick already! It will stretch, but it will go back to its original size again, so don't worry too much on over-streching. But important is DON'T stretch it when applying it onto your gadget! Just spray lotsa water on the film, then slowly make adjustment!

DO NOT BE disappointed with the outlook after you applied the shield, there will be little bubbles here and there, just give it 1-2 days and it will settle down by itself, and it will be smooth and shiny! Then try scratching it with your keys, you will be amazed by this shield!

Had arrange to meet up this morning (23 Jun 08) at 10.30am at Hougang mrt taxi stand. The arrangement was settled last evening around 8pm. As I was on leave, I agreed to make the trip down to Hougang despite I was staying at the west area and planning to head to town area. Had even been considerate by informing seller if I could be there on time, as the meet up place was a pick up point and he was driving, concerned that he might not be able to wait for me. After I reached at 10.25am had called seller for the next 25 minutes and waited till 10.50am, no show. Just a piece of advice, if you are not prepared to take the risk, then refrain from dealing with him. If otherwise, I do agree that he sells the invisible shields cheaper than others but it may all but a 'fly kite' incident :(
