prepaid card for Europe, mostly eastern europe countries

anyone know if they are any prepaid sim card that can be use in the following countries

Germany, Poland, Hungary, Austrai, Italy, Czech etc... mostly eastern europe countries. actually i am looking for a cheap alternative to stay in touch back with singapore. i believe prepaid card will be a better option compare to international roaming for my mobile. any suggestions:s12:

any idea if those prepaid card are incoming call free? was thinking of forwarding my pfingo number to those prepaid card. but it only make sense if those prepaid card is incoming call free.
