Looks like an OVC China manufactured OEM earphones. I bought some OVC in China at very cheap prices but unfortunately their products never last long. Common problem is one sided gets softere then totally off. May happen sometimes in less than 3 months. Just like the Mylar Crossroads are made be OVC china.

Buying them should not be too difficult. You get them almost everywhere like popular. To audition them before buying..... I think only stereo@causeway point.
