Background Story
My customer bought this Freshgear External drive from Best Denki (Taka one) and the thing failed but he couldn't get support. The HDD inside is Hitachi one but OEM HDD so no enduser support either.
He insisted I help him out. I can tell you hor, Best Denki Taka service sux. I got thru their line, they put me on hold, I ti ki waited for like half hour before someone pick up again and ask me what I am looking for. Then put me on hold again for like 10 min.
Well at least I got what I wanted. I called Roots Innovation to double check whether they are the right company to get support then pass the number to my customer.
