Am planning a trip to Japan with extension in Tokyo for a couple of days

Am hopping to make a DIY trip to Toshogu, Mt Fuji and Tsukiji Fish Market

Anyone been to these places on your own. care to share how to get to these places from Tokyo ?=:p
