I received the goods on Thursday nite and started charging them 1 by 1 using my travel charger and USB connector. Since u started using it today. The total days, the battery power actually released is from Thursday nite to today. Which is 4 days. Battery depends on storage, if kept in humid or hot places, the battery will lose more power.

As for the second issue, if u are charging using USB connector, it really depends on the voltage and sometimes, it will take a few charges on the battery to "season" it before it will reach the maximum potential.

Just like iphone battery, when u first use it, it will not last long.. but after a few charges and battery cycles, it will start to last longer. Since i provide 1 month warranty for the battery kit, just use it for a few weeks and season the battery. If the situation doesnt improve, i do a 1 to 1 exchange.

I am just like u, i am also trying out the battery kit. But learning new stuffs abt the battery everyday. Use it a few times and u will realise the full power of it. :D

Good Day to those who had collected the battery kit from me!


Please charge the battery kit overnight if possible for the 1st charge! The reason behind is for the current to burn into the battery cells when it is charging for the first time. A few more charges and battery cycles will bring the battery kit to its full potential.

It is always advisable to do a full 12 hours charge on the battery or any batteries that u bought. It is to allow the cells to burn in for more capacity!

I been using it for 3 weeks liao.. i realised that it can charge only to 75% for iphone but full charge for itouch, ipod classic and other apple devices.

I believe there's the reason why it is called "backup" battery. For my past experience, the battery once charged my iphone to 85% then no batt liao.. The 75% part is tough to charge up. However, the battery that was charged into my iphone lasts me 6 hours.

Apart from that, the battery kit fulfil its duty which i cannot complain that to the supplier. I will monitor for a few times before releasing any reviews. :D

the black one is exactly the same model as the white one if u notice it carefully. If u dun use it for.. let say 4 days or more.. the power inside the battery will slowly decrease. U can always charge it to full as the battery kit does not have memory effect.

What i did was.. 1st charge, i left my battery kit charging over night like 12 hours.. then i use fully and recharge another 12 hours. :D

i personally cannot ans yr query, all i know is that i tried b4 1 week nv use the backup batt.. after that it still can charge my phone up to 75%..

How fast the battery discharge the power also depends on how u store the battery kit. If you placed it in hot locations like e.g under the car screen.. beside a running laptop.. due to hot temperature.. it will lose power faster.. :D

I started MOing this product and using it more than a month on my iphones. I gave all my customers 1 month 1 to 1 exchange warranty if there is any issues. U can ask all those who took part in my MO, did i cheat their $$? If i had cheated them, will they come back and buy from me again and again?

As a curious customer, there are times where i will sms Bob for advice on the battery kit. e.g why the battery kit cannot charge full, can i use it while charging questions.

He had never failed to answer my questions or queries even late in the nite like 2, 3 am. I recommended my friends to buy from him. Even though there was once, the battery kit was faulty after wrong insertation of USB connector to charge the battery and spoil it in the process. Bob is willing to do a 1 to 1 exchange of the product.

I sense a raw nerve here by people accusing Bob selling the product at a pricing which is cheaper elsewhere. The services provided by Bob is top notch as compared to previous dealings i had with other forumers. After buying things from forumers who promised this and that, can exchange this or that if not working. Most did not fulfil their promises. Once u paid them, they just disappear. So by tanishing his reputation online is a act of foolishness and jealous from his success of his creditable sales approach.

Nevertheless, i would like to put in one last word which is similar to what Mr Moderator mentioned. Willing buyer finds Willing Seller, different people have different pricing. As a MO starter, not only u registered your particulars to HWZ, you are also responsible to your customers in terms of your product and services. I am not a seller who MO stuffs from unreliable sources and ensure that quality and pricing is the best before conducting an MO.

Reason behind is simple, u mass order lousy stuffs, when item spoils, u have to warranty the item. e.g 1 to 1 exchange. If u got stuffs from an unreliable source, the items might spoil easily and u might not get your stuffs exchange as well. I am a consumer and iphone user, i will know what is best and quality assurance for most iphone users. Will i get something that spoil my own iphone?
