Yes, I am sure the Visa Dividend from CitiBank is also a Visa Signature.
Here's the application - https://www.citibank.com.sg/global_docs/pdf/cc/form_dividend_visa.pdf
You'll see strip in white/silver right across the card from left to right

Ah!
The Citigroup was bought by who?
His family and relatives earn how much?
If he wants all his friends to enjoy the Priviliges of Signature, how much must the lowest income be in line with MAS requirements.

The dividend visa signature is a let down to VISA SIG. in some countries, signature card is by invitation only. in the sates, it is a card with no preset limit.
they probably wont drop the requirements for premiermiles but may occasionally run campaign to allow lower income customers to sign up. at least, last week or 2 ago i saw them having a promo booth at amk hub. i myself dont mind though, as long as the card gives me good rewards then it is good enough. its only a payment method afterall

What is the annual income requirement for visa sgnature? I have a uob ladies plat & they sent me a visa signature last year which i never used once.
Wellness Village is the one at pan pac hotel? I go there twice a month for my facials & since i signed up for their package, i have access to the gym/pool too, which i didnt have time to try out. I can only comment on their spa though. Ambience is good & their staff r friendly, not the super pushy kind. =)

I've tried the concierge hotline to book for a seat at a dining joint. Unfortunately, they didn't manage to book for me. I've gotten the seating myself... The person over the phone had spoken an English that has a heavy accent of a Hong Kong... So I guess the concierge line is outsourced to them.
With regards to such concierge service, UOB used to provide concierge on their platinum card. Now, it has been outsourced to the card companies directly. But for Citibank's PremierMiles, they also provide the concierge service, in addition to the one provided by Visa. I aren't too sure about the other bank's signature card.
As for the "cheapen" card on the market, I mourn for the loss of prestgious cards. Although Citibank may be the first to cheapen it's platinum cards, it is the following of the other banks that make platinum cards worthless. Fortunately, for signature cards, not all banks are issuing them, so, it is still safe to call it "prestigious" for the time being.
Even so, I am really sad that some banks had already stop issuing gold cards. I think gold cards are even more rare nowadays.

yea looks cool! Anyone tried enjoying this privilege with your supplementary card holder together? I mean does the 1 visit/month tie to the principal card holder or the credit card itself?
gold, platinum, titanium, signature, preferred or whatever bs is just a name.
why do you feel so sad about Citibank cheapening the cards? it's just cards. people used to use the classic cards, now everyone uses platinum cards. their nature don't change.
if you make certain amount of money, u'll have your desired privilege somehow. even worrying about how to spend money?
