Se813 is it a virus?

Its in my thumbdrive as a hidden executable file, when i inserted my thumbdrive, AVG free edition caught it and quarantined it.
BUt when i scanned my thumbdrive on another com using norton, it does not detect it as a virus.
So is it a virus r not? both AVG and Norton Av are up to date.

Most likely is a malware. To be certain, submit the file into virustotal.com or virusscan.jotti.org/ and you can conclude from there.

Its a backdoor/trojan... but my norton is not cleaning it.
Any recommendation?

juz delete the file... norton is slow in catching these type malware

I tried to use Norman malware cleaner, it hangs after awhile
