Packard BeLL GPS?

Saw a basic packard bell gps at courts goin at $299, is it worth it ?
Anyone knows how is it ?

Or should i go for Garmin Nuvi 200 at $300++.

1st year free update sub year charges $50 a years for Packard Bell GPS.
As for free maps in the market review not accurate, nothing come free.
