Errz, for the benefit of all who are planning to get the Vaja, is the sound/ring tone lower when the cover is closed?. It seems like the leather is covering both the mic and the speaker ports.

Errz, for the benefit of all who are planning to get the Vaja, is the sound/ring tone lower when the cover is closed?. It seems like the leather is covering both the mic and the speaker ports.

I have a AB SUTTON casing... Yeah the leather case do cover the speaker thus if ya insert it upright into the casing. Hard to hear the ringing/SMS tones. So insert it the other way.

it's amazing how many varieties of cases there are for the iphone.

i don't quite follow the part about inserting the other way. do you mean flip it 180 degrees on the same plane?. if you do that for the vaja case, the side buttons are not accessible. besides, there is a curve flap which might again cover the speakers. or are you referring to just the AB Sutton?

cool. i've been peering at the vaja website and could not find the picture you posted. seems like there should be enough for the volume to come through. in my opinion, they should have cut back just a little more just to be sure.

FYI, some background info, if u hardly come into this thread:

This brand sells high-end / high quality casing for hp. Handcrafted in Argentina with ultra-fine material and in cool and sleek design. HP go-getters should more or less know this brand.

The price is expensive for their hp casing, but you are really paying for the good quality.
But the downside is the high shipping cost to SG, which comes to about US$38.

Jus too bad the leather used...easily wear off. Mine only less than 2 mnths...already can see some wear on the surface. luckily its black so not that obvious.

Package is juz a fedex foam envelope.

I just ordeded two evolution stripes cases for myself and the girlfriend. Let's see how long it will take to arrive.Exchange rate wasn't that shabby at approximately 1.48. Apparently it's 25 days to craft them, i hope its a lot faster

Yea...considering its genuine leather and how it bends each time... and also what i've read about it in here...but well....i've always got my 10 dollar condom casing for every other day use...haha...couldn't resist ordering one just to try!

1.5yrs and i take very good care of all my stuff,casing shows sign of very bad wear.

i have use VAJA casing many years ago for my iPAQ PDA and result the same.
