I can't let you test due to items are sealed in original packaging, once opened if you not buying, I can't sell it as new item anymore. The only test I can allowed is to test if item is faulty after you purchase it.

Ahh..Creativen Zen, I tried finding out but nobody can give a definite answer. :(

Well..my search from Creative website however indicate that the device can take both SD and SDHC. It also says that Kingston SDHC Class 2 8GB is definitely compatible.

The class indicate the data transfer rate, Class 4 is 4MB/s, Class 6 is 6MB/s.

Depends whether your card reader can read sdhc, what I know is that most older device don't. You can get a multicard reader with sdhc. Btw, why you want additional storage using sd card? Ext hdd or even thumbdrive is cheaper.
