BBOM Usage check

You guys might want to check your bbom usage. Now, you can check it from your iPhone. Just enter http://iphone.sgapps.com/bbom on the safari.

There are 23 icons in the meter of usage in the GUI. As you use up data, the icons progressively change from grey to green from left to right.

For a 50 GB Plan each icon represents about 50/23 ~ 2.2 GB.

I don't think I can light up even 2 icons out of the 23 each month. LOL

(edit: My display shows 23 tiny icons in portrait mode. Display above is in landscape mode so even more icons.)

Yeah, we only surf the net using 3g when there is no wifi network spot. At home got my own wifi network and always connected whenever need to go Internet. Anyway, you guys should appeciate and thanks to PentiumPC from vr-zone for his hard works. He made to good web app. Good job!

the webapp serves as a interface to the site..
I made the app because I hate typing my phone no. and ID over and over again.

for Mac users, there is a widget for OSX version as well.

Vista gadget version is 60% done, development for Vista is slow because I am not familiar with Vista.

leinad brought up the issue of having the option to self installing the app on your own site. I did some cleaning up and rewrite some code to make that possible.

now you can download and install the app on your own site.

I don't think I can hit 1GB.. I need to see if the data usage is displayed as 1000MB or 1GB.

I have code to detect the "MB" or "GB" but not tested as I never use that much data.

anyway to rewrite ur code a little to allow corporate users to check their data usage using ur web? cause when i tried to key in my business registration code that time it prompt me that my 'nric' is wrong.
