need help with windows error...

all of a sudden this error juz pop up after windows finish loading... could not find anything about this .exe file on google or yahoo... tried using anti virus and spy bot search and destroy but no use...

go to the windows install cd. copy the file to the directory. if dont have then usually is from patch and so on.

Start regedit, do a search in the registry for this file, once found, delete the corresponding hkey.
You might need to perform "find next" after the first result to clean up the registry.

deleted but the problem still ocurring... checked regedit and could not find anything regarding is-5GVGL.exe already..

Probably the error msg pops up bcoz the program is-5GVGL.exe trys to start and run.

Can try go to Start > Run > msconfig > Startup tab > check whether there is any item which points to the location c:\windows\is-5GVGL.exe

If there is, then disable or remove it.

I dont knw which version of windows u are using, but that filename doesnt look familiar to me.
