Well, you could probably check this restaurant out, http://www.rednano.sg/sfe/dir.action?querystring=Ritz-Carlton+Millenia&uuid=526435098, for a 60th birthday i don't think you mind splurging a little bit more isn't it?:) The DIM SUM(though limited) as well as the lobster & crab noodles are must tries.:s13:
