A: I will offer the 1 to 1 exchange for the shield if you buy from me.
If you buy from other people or ZAGG online, lifetime warranty is provided by ZAGG, you have to register your warranty online, then You need to send back the shield first to ZAGG in USA and they will send you back the shield. Take note you have to pay for the postage.
Please take note that warranty does not cover if you did not paste your shield properly resulting in it coming off. Warranty covers for scratches & tears only.

I have tried countless time trying to reach you via your email address but don't seems to be working.

Anyway, my name is Daniel and I’m interested in the Invisible Shield for my HTC Touch Cruise.



I have a few questions that I need to ask before I make up my mind on whether to invest in this product.



1. My touch cruise back is not a smooth surface; would the Invisible Shield be able to stick to it?

2. I noticed that for the Iphone, the full body Invisible Shield do wrap the corners up, will the Invisible Shield peel off at the corner after prolong usage? Cos if it does then it would be ugly having it.

3. For the full body for Touch Cruise, does it wrap the sides and corners as well?

4. For the guy that you have liased with at Vivocity, is the price S$35.00 inclusive of installation by him? Do I pay to you the S$5.00 or to him?

5. For the installation, when would be the best time to go to the guy at Vivocity to do it (that is, when there is not much customers at his shop)?

I think my mailbox is full already, there are alot of emails sent to me over the queries of the invisibleShield, sorry about that.

Yes, it's able to stick strongly to the rubber surface of your touch cruise. i'm using htc touch, the backing material is the same as the touch cruise.

2. I noticed that for the Iphone, the full body Invisible Shield do wrap the corners up, will the Invisible Shield peel off at the corner after prolong usage? Cos if it does then it would be ugly having it.
there are a few factors towards this issue; if pasted correctly and well taken care of within the next 12 hours after pasting, normal usage will not cause the corners/sides to peel of that easily.
Do not expect it to last forever though because for any other products, after prolong usage there will definitely be wear & tear
how much wear & tear depends on how you use it and take care/maintain it..

3. For the full body for Touch Cruise, does it wrap the sides and corners as well?
yes, it covers 90% of the PDA, including the sides & corners

4. For the guy that you have liased with at Vivocity, is the price S$35.00 inclusive of installation by him? Do I pay to you the S$5.00 or to him?

Hi, pasting takes about 1 hour plus... it takes 24 hours for the shield to fully settle down onto the phone.. so it's recommended that you do not use the phone or put in into tight pouches or ur pocket to prevent the corners from peeling off within the 24 hours after pasting..
