Help! Need to convert SWF file into AVI or MPEG

Hi, I googled for free software to do the conversion but most seem to be paying types. The "free" ones I found didnt manage to convert successfully. Please share with me which websites I can go to to download free converter.

I want to convert SWF files into AVI to flash on TV. Thanks!

Thanks, went to the site. It is so complicated. Can't find the link for a proper download. Keep clicking on "Download" but it only points me to instructions and other advice.
