what kind of technical support you mean? software support? or you planning to purchase the source code for customization? or you need support train your user(s) for the software?

err what im looking for are the pricing, system requirements, any license renewing or expiry etc. cos im looking to buy the software so i want to check the costs and things i need first. as well as any foreseen difficulties if i were to use the software in singapore cos the US and singapore use a different tax system etc. still trying to see i can get any local support for consultation of the software etc. but i think its alright they replied alr just that they dont have local support so just have to bear costs for the overseas call.. thanks!
