i don't know if this is the best place to ask the question, but seems that this is the closest i can get, so here goes :
how do i fit a php template ( it's a SEO enhanced template ) into a blogging-ready system like wordpress or blogspot? it seems that there's no one blogging place that I can fully customize the coding with ease.. :o

Wordpress you can. But on your on WordPress installation, own hosting.
As for blogspot, if you can create a template, I believe you should be able to implement into it as well.

"own hosting" - that's what i want to avoid, because i find the blogging interface easier to upload posts, something like CMS, rather than manually changing the files and upping them again..
what i want to know is, are there any sites that i can just dump the code wholesale without having to edit it to suit the template? :s11:
thanks for the info!

None which I came across I suppose. However, 'own hosting' has the same blogging interface to upload post. But I think it's not possible to 'dump the code wholesale without haing to edit it'.
Maybe someone else might come in here with a solution (:
Good luck!
