Hi, I just got my miotv box today and was trying to watch the free movie "red cliff" on the video on demand section. But I have no idea why the screen popped out unable to view video on the tv. The normal tv channels 2-9 works just fine. I called 1800 5556000 as told but they still didnt get back to me. Anyone know what's the problem? Pls kindly help. Thanks alot.

Hey, thanks for your input. I thought it's MIO tv related and so posted it here. It's not my motive to "hijack" people's thread. I thought if everyone were to make a new thread for their individual issue, the forum would get kindof flooded, won't it?

The MIOtv came with my 3MBPS recontract plan. How much bandwidth is then sufficient? Below here is the speed i just tested.

Try to go to 192.168.1.254 then under connection status post the readings here, the BW should be around 19-21K to be ok....... or did u try to restart the STB for mio tv or not........ sometimes restarting does the trick.........
